Delivering Value

Permadoor works hard to consistently deliver quality products that provide best value over the long term, supported by high levels of customer service.

Setting high standards

We look to develop the highest performance standards and hold the best accreditation possible. Permadoor led the development of BSI PAS 23 and PAS 24 door standards as a member of the British Plastics Federation Technical Working Group and the BSI working group. Our comprehensive portfolio of PAS 24 and Secured by Design products have successfully completed rigorous testing by suitably qualified and recognised third party certification authorities.

Adding value

We provide added value through:

  • local representation and a dedicated service support facility;
  • customer care that adheres strictly to BSI industry standards;
  • mobile advisors available to provide technical support, on-site demonstration and training, site reviews and surveying assistance;
  • our contracts department, who will assist in project specification and advise on appropriate product options.

Involving people

As well as creating practical features and attractive styles to meet customer requirements, we try to add value by involving residents with their choices. We offer a ‘Resident’s Choice’ service and are able to provide clients with individually tailored forms from which residents can select the door style, colour and glazing design of their choice.

Sustainability

Permadoor works within a framework of sustainable development, minimising waste and carbon footprint whilst maximising recyclability. We recycle a wide range of materials including thermoplastic, PVC-U profile and polystyrene off cuts, waste cardboard and paper. We use the unique Recycled Composite Material (RCM) reinforcement from our fellow Epwin Group company Profile 22 in our PVC-U outer frames.  Manufactured from recycled PVC-U, this reinforcement provides greater thermal efficiency, increased strength and a minimum life cycle of 35 years.
