Initial enquiry
Permadoor field the largest external sales team in the UK composite door market. This ensures customers have access to the best possible advice at all times.
Quotation
Our team of estimators provide comprehensive quotations to specification and are happy to help with any queries you may have.
Surveying
Written guidance, verbal advice and even on site training and assistance is available to ensure every aspect of your project runs smoothly. We will even do the surveying with our in-house trained surveyor for you.
Resident support
Resident choice forms can be provided to involve residents in the selection of door styles, colours and glazing. In addition we will attend resident meetings if required – managing the complete resident selection process on your behalf.
Fast track replacements
As part of a major ongoing contract we shall, as part of our commitment and by prior negotiation, supply an agreed limited number of door sets and/or leaves free of charge to facilitate reactive maintenance. The stock can be used in an emergency situation and replaced in due course at the agreed price.
Supply and fit service
Permadoor has its own installation team that will contract manage individual projects, from receipt of order through to settlement of agreed final account. The service is one of total responsibility from initial site survey to final hand over and site clearance.
Installation
Easy to follow installation instructions are provide with all our packs however initial site training can also be provided by one of our Support Service Managers.
Manufacture
Our technologically advanced factory planning system is managed within our Sales Operation Department and ensures every customer requirement is being met to schedule. Maintaining high product quality is also of vital importance and in accordance with BSI quality management systems, each completed manufacturing process is signed off by an operator to indicate acceptable quality and each door is given a complete check to ensure 100% quality by one of four, independent quality inspectors at the end of manufacture.
Distribution
All doors receive protective packaging and an identification label giving site location, specification and a barcode for identification and trace-ability. Our transport provides maximum protection for all our doors and a computerised distribution system enables us to track doors all the way to site.
