Guarantee
Permadoor doorsets are guaranteed against defects in materials, manufacturing or factory workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date you receive it. In the event of any such defect being discovered, your door will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
However defective workmanhship by fitters or other trades people not directly employed by Permador, is not covered by this guarantee. If upon inspection it is discovered that our installation guidelines have not been followed the guarantee is invalidated.
Similarly the guarantee will be invalidated if the door is subjected to misuse, wilful damage or negligence.
